
Hard to imagine just fifty years ago in New York City that the conversation of Gender and Sexual Diversity would begin at the Stonewall Inn - it was a riot. "Enough is Enough" ACT UP would exclaim and that was the start of the modern LGBTQ movement.
InterPride the International Association for Prides awards a host city to bring the planet together and to host WorldPride and to help mark the 50th anniversary of Stonewall - New York city was chosen to host. Previous hosts included Rome (2000), Jerusalem (2006), London (2012), Toronto (2014), Madrid (2017), and Copenhagen (2021).
