European Stopover

Flying to Europe or Africa? Ask about the free stop over in select European cities. We are proud to work with our partners at the Lufthansa group to be able to offer our clients a special value added European experience at select stopover destinations.

Partner airline Brussels Airlines in cooperation with their tourism offices have the following stopovers available:

  • Five free tours in Brussels including HOT CHOCOLATE SHOT AT LAURENT GERBAUD. Laurent Gerbaud, a famous chocolatier based in Brussels, has been creating combinations of chocolate, fruit and spices for almost 9 years. The ingredients used are of a high quality and each item is hand-crafted. The sophisticated packaging enhances the appearance of the products, making them irresistible.

  • Three free tours in Antwerp including CITY BREWERY DE KONINCK. Would you like to treat yourself to a unique experience? If so, come to Antwerp’s city brewery De Koninck! The iconic brewery experience is unlike anything you have seen before. Explore ten interactive rooms and discover the history, the unique connection with the city and the origin of the iconic De Koninck ‘Bolleke’: a crazy drive through town, an exclusive glimpse in a cheese shop, a bridge across the brewery.

  • Four free tours in Gent including CASTLE OF THE COUNTS. This important sight in Ghent is a castle with a very turbulent past, closely intertwined with the complex —often stormy — political and social history of the city. It is the only remaining mediaeval castle with a moat and largely intact defence system in Flanders.

  • Other cities include Charleroi, Eupen, Leuven, Liège, Mechelen, Mons, Tournai, Louvain-la-Neuve, and Namur. In total more than free 50 activities to choose from all within two hours from Brussels.
