a more sensitive and visual mediation of Contemplative Photography practices.
rejuvenating and healing through Yoga Nidra and story telling.
BONUS: you take home a set of yoga props (bolsters and blocks) to continue your practices at home.
The weekend includes:
the classes, sessions and learning materials
all materials for drawing
props for the yoga practices
light snacks and refreshments
What you'll need to bring:
lunch for Saturday. There will be time on Saturday for you to pop out to nearby restaurants or to bring along lunch to eat-in.
a camera or smart phone if you have one, for the Contemplative Photography portion.
any extra blankets and/or comfortable clothing and extra eye-pillows
