Do Less - Urban Retreat Sept. 15-16, 2018

Updated: Aug 1, 2018

The ability we have to relax and heal the body happens
when we slow down, when we mindfully pay attention
to our bodies and our thoughts.
Healing our body and mind
doesn't need to be time-consuming or
only happen when we crash from exhaustion.
"...and I said to my body, softly...
'I want to be your friend.'
It took a long breath and replied,
'I have been waiting my whole life for this.' "
– Nayyirah Waheed
